Praxis Power Flow

Praxis Slow Flow
A breath-centered, intentional practice designed to help you move with ease and awareness. A gentler version of the Praxis Power Flow, this class is perfect for both beginners looking to build a strong foundation and experienced yogis seeking deeper exploration.
With a slower pace, you’ll have time to refine alignment, connect with your breath, and tune into what your body needs. This class invites you to move mindfully, embrace stillness, and end with restorative rest, allowing your body and nervous system to reset. Rooted in simplicity and consistency, PRAXIS Slow Flow creates space for growth, balance, and renewal.
HIIT
A high-energy, 45-minute total-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and power. Using a mix of weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight movements, this class challenges you to push past limits in an infrared-heated room.
Every workout is choreographed to the beat, driving intensity while keeping you engaged and motivated. With a lineup of Upper, Lower, and Full Body classes, you’ll have the flexibility to target specific muscle groups or go all in for a full-body burn. Yoga Sculpt

How to prepare for class
Wear your favorite athletic clothing and come ready to sweat! No need to bring a towel, we’ve got you covered. And don’t forget to bring a water bottle to fill up at our water station. For yoga/HIIT classes, we have mats available if you don’t have your own. Please note: no shoes are allowed in the studio, so feel free to kick them off and get comfortable. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and make the most of your class experience. Let’s move, sweat, and grow together at Praxis!
