How to prepare for class

  • Wear your favorite athletic clothing and come ready to sweat!

  • No need to bring a towel, we’ve got you covered.

  • Bring a water bottle to fill up at our water station.

  • We have mats available if you don’t have your own.

  • Please note: no shoes are allowed in the studio, so feel free to kick them off and get comfortable.

  • We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and make the most of your class experience.
