These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and participation in services offered by ASM Pro, LLC, doing business as Praxis Yoga & Cafe (“Praxis”). By accessing this website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or participating in any Praxis services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Memberships & Billing

Praxis offers various membership plans, including month-to-month, 3-month, and 6-month commitments.

  • Membership fees are billed automatically according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.

  • All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

  • Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered individual.

2. Auto-Renewal

  • 3-month and 6-month memberships automatically convert to month-to-month billing at the same rate upon completion of the initial term.

  • Auto-renewals continue unless written notice of cancellation is submitted prior to the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellation & Early Termination

  • Memberships may be canceled in writing within seven (7) days of the initial purchase for a full refund.

  • Early termination of a 3- or 6-month membership after the 7-day window is subject to an $85 cancellation fee.

  • Written notice of cancellation must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid additional charges.

4. Refund Policy

  • All class packs, memberships, workshops, and retail purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • Missed classes, late arrivals, or unused memberships are not eligible for refunds or extensions.

5. Class Policies

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may be denied entry for safety reasons.

  • Class schedules, instructors, and formats are subject to change.

  • Praxis reserves the right to cancel or modify classes as needed.

6. Class Cancellation Policy

  • Mat Pilates classes require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellation. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class start time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.

  • All other classes require a minimum of 6 hours’ notice for cancellation. Otherwise $10 late cancellation fee will be applied.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows for applicable classes may result in the loss of the class credit or additional fees, as determined by Praxis.

  • Cancellation windows are strictly enforced to ensure fair access for all participants.

6. Studio Conduct

Participants are expected to:

  • Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants

  • Follow studio guidelines and safety instructions

  • Maintain appropriate behavior at all times

Praxis reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of studio policies without refund.

7. Changes to Terms

Praxis may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
